PRESS RELEASE
INFORMATION ABOUT THE STATUS OF ALL PRO NETWORKS On April 1, 2008 All Pro Networks was sold to Image Worldwide, Inc based in Chicago, IL. (http://www.prlog.org/10065152-image-worldwide-acquires-it-solution-company-all-pro-networks.html) As of that time, All Pro Networks was no longer owned by Dan McFarland. On March 31, 2009 it was agreed that All Pro Networks would no longer be a part of Image Worldwide, Inc. As of that date the assetsof All Pro Networks were still in the possession of Image Worldwide, Inc under the terms of the original contract, but the name, telephone number, websites and internet domains were given back to the orignal owner, Dan McFarland. All other assets such as web servers, inventory, office equipment and various other items have been retained in the possession of Image Worldwide, Inc. The IT division of Image Worldwide therefore was completely eliminated. Image Worldwide, Inc spent almost no money during that entire time for marketing of All Pro Networks and failed on multiple occasions to purchase parts that were pre-paid by clients for repairs causing irrepairable harm to All Pro Networks. In addition, Image Worldwide, Inc still owes an outstanding balance in the amount of $1,500 to Dan McFarland for severance and reimbursement of expenses while employed by Image Worldwide, Inc, of which it is now assumed that they will fail to pay opening themselves to possible legal action. During the timeof possession by Image Worlwide Inc, the revenues of All Pro Networks dropped by approximately 95% due to mismanagement and lack of interest by Image Worldwide, Inc's CEO Paul Sorkin to grow that division of the company. Because of the destruction of All Pro Networks, it's reputation and it's public persona by Image Worldwide, Inc as well as the loss of that 95% of clients and revenues during that period of ownership, All Pro Networks is no longer a viable company at this time. All Pro Networks has ceased all operations in the Chicago area. The remaining assets, but not the business itself, have been assumed by another company.
